所以我們必須讓責任心成為我們腦海中的一種意識，深入到工作中的每一點一滴，并堅持下去。當然，做到這種境界可能并不十分 容易，但不管怎樣，責任心是一種養成、是一種習慣，責任心必須培養，也完全可以培養。

那么怎樣才能具備責任心，充滿責任感呢？

我認為一是自身主動養成，二是外部不斷激勵。

作為一名工商干部、一名執法者，應該努力做到以下四點，不斷完善自身修養：

一是要有正氣。工商執法人員，擔負著協調各方、服務上下的重要職責，要發揮好作用，必須保持浩然正氣，為人樸實不張 揚。要沉下心，埋頭做事，要處事低調高姿態，好處面前要推讓，功勞面前要閉嘴，不要爭強好勝。要堅持實事求是原則，敢于講 真話，敢于擔責任不諉過。工作中要有獨立思考的精神，凡事要有自己的主見和判斷，做到服從不盲從。

二是要有才氣。時代在變遷，新情況、新問題、新任務不斷涌現。面對不斷變化的新形勢，只有具備多方面的知識，才能跟上 時代前進的步伐。要勤于學習，把強化學習作為成長、成熟、成功的階梯。不學無以廣才，無才難以立業。要不斷從學習中增長知 識，少一些應酬，多讀一些書；少一些飯局，多一些學習；少一些閑聊，多一些思考。要通過多方面的學習，不斷拓寬自己的知識 面，提高本領，增長才干，跟上時代。

三是要有銳氣。創新是工作進步和發展的源泉。工作中要保持旺盛的斗志，充分發揚我們河北工商開拓進取的“亮劍”精神， 在自己的崗位上勇于創新，永不懈怠。要有真抓實干的精神，對于職責范圍內的工作敢抓敢管，定準目標、定實措施，一招一招地 抓，招招有著落，一件一件地抓，件件有成效。要注意緊扣領導的基本思路，拾遺補缺，出注意、想辦法，對領導的思路、想法、 指示等進行拓展延伸和細化，使工作開展得更加富有新意。

四是要有大氣。就是寬宏大量，心胸開闊，能容人容物，不斤斤計較。古人說：“君子忍人所不能忍，容人所不能容，處人所 不能處?！弊鳛闄C關干部，更要有豁達大度的氣量、寬容待人的心胸。人都有脾氣，但我們必須要善于克制自己。面對非議，我們 要保持平常心，不生氣，多反思，聞過則喜，有則改之，無則加勉。在日常的工作和生活中，要做到“六多六少”，即：多配合協 調，少相互拆臺；多理解支持，少無端猜疑；多琢磨事，少琢磨人；多當面溝通，少背后指責；多攬過失，少爭功利；多做實事， 少圖虛名。

在個人培養盡善盡美“工作責任心”的同時，系統內各級組織的外部激勵機制，也是必不可少的重要一環。只有把一個人放在特定 的組織內來討論“工作責任心”才是有意義的。及時正確地完成工作任務是最基本工作責任心的體現，但是確保工作任務被及時正 確地完成應該是系統各級組織的規章制度、組織結構、報告制度以及跟蹤監督系統，這不是單純地依靠員工的工作責任心就可以達 成的。因此，我們只有具備優良的工商文化、科學的規章制度、合理的組織結構、完整的報告制度和完善的跟蹤系統，我們的執法 工作任務才能被仔細的分解并順利地完成，與此同時，我們系統整體也會以工作責任心強而被外界所稱道！

責任，從本質上來說，是一種與生俱來的使命，它伴隨著每一個始終。人可以不偉大，人也可以清貧，但不可以沒有責任。我們的家庭需要責任，因為責任讓家庭充滿愛。我們的社會需要責任，因為責任能夠讓社會平安、穩健的發展。我們的學校需要責任，因為責任讓學校更有凝聚力、戰斗力和競爭力。這樣一個時常掛在嘴邊的的名詞，以前經常被自己熟視無睹，自從侯校長推薦的《責任勝于能力》后，我發現自己做了一次精神的洗禮。

洗禮一：每天多做一點點

故事：道尼斯最初為杜蘭特工作，職務很低但是，他在工作之初便注意到，每天下班后，杜蘭特先生仍然會留下來在辦公室里繼續工作到很晚。因此，他認為自己應該留下來，在需要時，為杜蘭特先生提供一些幫助。杜蘭特先生經常找文件，打印材料，最初這些工作都是他親自做的。后來，他發現道尼斯在辦公室里，便招呼他過來幫忙，并養成了習慣?，F在，道尼斯已經成為杜蘭特先生的左膀右臂，擔任其下屬一家公司的總經理，他之所以能如此快速的升遷，就在于每天驅策自己多做些工作。

但就在即將去培訓的前幾天，總經理偶然走在該職員的后面，看到他有意將掉在路中間的廢紙踢向一邊，而不是撿起來扔進廢物桶里。這可是舉手之勞啊!后來，總經理一連好幾天都留意該員工的舉動，他發現：午餐后，這名職員沒有將用餐后的餐具放在指定的地點于是，總經理很快作出決定，改變了原計劃送去海外培訓的名單。因為在總經理眼里，這樣一個連起碼的日常準則都無法自覺遵守，甚至沒有公德心的人，又怎么能成為一名出色的管理者，怎么能對一個企業高度負責呢?

今天我們聚在一起，無論談什么，都離不開一個話題，那就是我們的孩子，如何把我們的孩子培養成才。我國著名教育家陳鶴琴先生曾經說過：“幼兒教育是一件很復雜的事情，不是家庭一方面可以單獨勝任的，也不是幼兒園一方面可以單獨勝任的，必須兩方面共同合作才能得到充分的功效。”我想這句話是對我剛才提到的問題的最好回答，那就是“家園共育”。這也是今天我們召開家長會的目的。

幼兒園中班是幼兒三年學前教育中承上啟下的階段，也是幼兒身心發展的重要時期，有他特有的年齡特點，為了我們能更好地開展教育工作，我先簡單地作下介紹：

首先向大家介紹一下班級的基本情況：

我班由保育員阿姨分管保育工作。幼兒園也有嚴格的衛生保健制度，王老師每天打掃衛生，保持室內外的整潔，茶杯每天消毒一次，毛巾也是每天都洗干凈。每周一次的室內消毒。通過嚴格執行衛生保健制度，保證了幼兒舒適、整潔的生活和學習環境。

那么究竟什么是責任感呢？責任感是一個人對自己、自然界和人類社會，包括國家、社會、集體、家庭和他人，主動施以積極有益作用的精神。責任感是一種自覺主動地做好分內分外一切有益事情的精神狀態。把責任感定義為一種精神是恰當的，精神指人的意識、思維活動和一般心理狀態，其范圍要比表示情緒和感情狀態的“心情”一詞廣泛得多，能夠涵蓋“責任感”的豐富內涵。作為心理學概念，責任感與一般的心理情感所不同的是，它屬于社會道德心理的范疇，是思想道德素質的重要內容。人責任感的形成和增強除受意識形態和社會文化環境的影響外，主要靠教育，包括自我教育。

一個人如果沒有責任感，會從各方面出問題：作為公民注定不會正確行使憲法、法律賦予的權利并履行憲法、法律規定的義務，作為工作者注定不會取得應有的業績，作為經營者注定設法損人利己，作為家庭成員注定使這個家庭不幸福，作為朋友注定是個損友，作為同事注定不好共事，作為公共場所的一員或路人也注定會常常惹人厭、討人嫌。沒有責任感，甚至能使人發生異化，人的個性片面甚至畸形發展，為自己賴以生存的社會所不容，最后走向沉淪、頹廢或者成為社會的異己力量，反社會、反人類直至毀滅。如果缺乏責任感具有的普遍的社會性時，則這個社會無法凝聚力量促進社會的長期繁榮和持續發展，社會的和諧程度更會受到損害，嚴重時甚至會使公平、公正、正義的現代社會核心價值觀體系崩潰，給國家和社會造成災難。責任感是人的基本道德規范，在責任感的基礎上才能架構整個道德體系的各種元素，沒有責任感也就沒有道德。因此，責任感在人的素質結構中處于核心地位。

培育大學生的社會責任感，是真善美四有新人的重要內容，是大學生全面成才的必備素質，是就業上崗的必要條件。鑒于社會責任感，對大學生成才、就業、服務于社會的極端重要性，我認為，大學生應該通過以下幾方面去努力，加強自身修養，自覺培養自己的社會責任意識，為競爭上崗，及時就業，敬業奉獻打好堅實基礎。

“Bo Bing” is a very interesting game that almost all Xiamen people play during this festival. We will get different prizes accroding to the different ways the dices show their upper sides. Everyone is likely to become the champion or “Zhuangyuan” for the year. There is an element of luck and equal opportunity in this game. So people usually get excited while playing. Also, the game gives very pleasant sounds. The tinkling made by the dices falling into the bowl is pleasant, people’s laughing, cheering and applauding for the big prizes they’ve won is pleasant. All this adds greatly to the joyful atmosphere of this festival. As a kid, of course I also like the material prizes I get from the game, such as a candy or a cake.

In this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival, my family invited our foreign friends to come to our home to celebrate the Festival together. They have two children who are younger than me. While our parents were making Jiaozi together, we kids played “Bo Bing”. We bought quite some gifts to share with our guests as their prizes.They enjoyed the game and our get-together very much.

The literal translation of “Bo Bing” is “mooncake gambling.” But actually it is not gambling, at least our family never plays it that way. For us, it is more an occasion of happy sharing and getting-together. This is why Xiamen’s Mid-Autumn Festival has become my favorite festival in the year.

At first, it was celebrated for the birth of Jesus Christ. However, it is still a biggest festival in the West. It is as important to the Westerners as the Spring Festival is to the Chinese people.

Christmas day is on the 25th of December, and Christmas Eve is of course the evening of the previous day, the 24th December.

Christmas holiday usually lasts for two weeks, during which most schools have a Christmas break. Many families put the Christmas tree in their house, and hang many decorations on the tree. Under the tree, they usually place many Christmas presents. Giving out presents and receiving presents are what kids like best about this festival.

On Christmas Eve, kids would put stockings at the end of their bed, wishing the Santa Claus would come and give them presents.

As to the tradition of giving and receiving presents in Christmas, I think it has something to do with the nativity story. In the nativity story, on the birthday of baby Jesus, there was a bright star shining in the East. There were three kings in the East who saw the star, and they followed the star all the way to Bethlehem where the star stopped. They came to a manger where baby Jesus was lying. They worshiped the little baby and gave him presents. I think this is a beautiful story. It shows a spirit of sharing and love.

till now, i still like reading as i used to. and i’m very pleased to see that my ten-year-old son loves reading just like me. i have bought him many books. whenever you come into my home, you can find books in every corner. but the place where my son and i enjoy reading most is in the toilet. so it often happens in the morning: one is in the toilet reading something comfortably, while another walking outside , shouting. for my age, i like to read magazines or short stories to get relaxation as well as inspiration.

today we live in a world of prosperity. never before have we faced so many temptation from the outside world. never before have we had so many chances to enjoy our lives. we drive rather than walking; we go online to chat with people we’ve never met before instead of talking to friends around us. but there’s always something that cannot be replaced and forgotten., such as books. so i will allow myself to continue the journey in the ocean of books until the very end of my life.
